黃嘉華，教授級高工，享受國務院特殊津貼專家。任國家藥品監督管理總局醫療器械分類技術委員會執行委員、中國生物醫學工程學會有源器械標準化技術委員會主任委員、全國醫用電器標準化技術委員會（TC10）副主任委員、全國醫療器械質量管理和通用要求標準化技術委員會（TC221）副主任委員、中國食品藥品監管研究會醫療器械標準化專業委員會副主任委員、《中國醫療器械雜志》副主編、上海市生物醫學工程學會副理事長。先后主持或參加國家科技部、省部級科研項目7項，并獲得上海市科技進步二等獎2項。
Jiahua Huang, Professor of Engineering, enjoys the special allowance of the state council. Executive member of NMPA medical device classification technical committee. Director of the active devices standardization technology committee of China BME. Deputy director of the national medical appliances standardization technical committee (TC10), Deputy director of the national medical equipment general requirements for quality management and standardization technical committee (TC221), Deputy director of China's food and drug supervision institute of medical equipment standardization committee, Deputy director of ‘Chinese Medical Device’ Journal, Vice director of Shanghai BME. He has hosted or participated in 7 scientific research projects of the ministry of science and technology and provincial and ministerial level, and won 2 second prizes of Shanghai science and technology progress award.

錢虹，就職于上海市食品藥品監督管理局認證審評中心,現任醫療器械注冊部一職。主要從事醫療器械產品注冊技術審計工作。作為行業資深專家，錢虹行事低調，對工作熱情飽滿，多次受邀作為嘉賓出席各類大會。2018年09月25日,錢虹受邀參加了由商圖信息BMAP在上海市長寧區延安西路2099號主辦的《InnoCosme 2018第二屆國際化妝品技術峰會》,并發表了精彩演講。

林峰，現任上海市藥品監督管理局醫療器械注冊處稽查專員。
2000年進入上海市藥監局，曾從事食品、藥品和醫療器械等多項監管工作，2009年任上海市食藥監局醫療器械注冊處副處長、2011年5 月至2019年5月任處長，負責上海市醫療器械注冊管理和上市前監管相關工作。1987年畢業于第二軍醫大學藥學系。2007年參加上海與香港政府公務員交流項目;2012年作為訪問學者在美國喬治城大學法律中心訪學半年。

Biography of Lin Feng
Mr. Lin Feng joined Shanghai Municipal Food and Drug Administration (SHFDA) 19 years ago, and is currently the Inspection Commissioner of Shanghai Medical Products Administration(SHMPA). Since he served as deputy director of Medical Device Registration Office of SHFDA in 2009 and director in 2011, Lin Feng has been engaged in the registration (filing) of medical devices and pre-market supervision in Shanghai for more than 10 years.
He received a Bachelor of Science in Pharmacy in 1987 from the Second Military Medical University. In 2007, he attended the 4th Shanghai-Hong Kong Exchange Program for Civil Servants. In 2012, he studied in the Law Center of Georgetown University as a visiting scholar for half a year.
